Who from my dealership should attend this meeting?
Because of the significant secrecy necessary for us to discuss our future product plan, only those with a financial stake in your Mitsubishi Motors franchise will be allowed to attend. No non-equity partners. All attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement. These rules will be strictly enforced.
How many people from my dealership are allowed
to attend? Each dealership may register as many attendees as required, as long as all attendees are equity partners of the dealership. All attendance will be first-come, first-served. There are a limited number of rooms available
at our event hotel, so please register soon.
When is my registration accepted?
Because only equity partners in the dealership will be allowed to attend this meeting, we will manually approve all attendance requests. You will receive a confirmation email once your registration is final.
Is there anything else I should know about the meeting?
Because of the content of the meeting, all attendees will be required to sign a non-disclosure agreement before they will be allowed to finalize on-site registration. Additionally, no phones, cameras, iPads, etc. will be allowed into the meeting – please either plan to leave these devices in your hotel room or you may check them before entering the meeting room.
I am flying to Nashville to attend the program, how do I get to the meeting venue? Plan to make flight reservations into and out of Nashville International Airport (BNA). Ground transportation for this meeting is not provided, but taxi, Uber and Lyft services are easily accessible and available to and from Nashville International Airport (BNA).
What flight date and time should I book? Arriving flights should be booked anytime on Monday, May 13 and departing flights booked anytime on Wednesday, May 15. Please refer to the agenda tab. Note: hotel check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Is there a fee to attend Mitsubishi Motors Momentum 2030?
Yes. All attendees to the meeting will be charged $1,450, which will include receptions and planned meals, and your room at the Gaylord for two nights. This fee can be charged back to your co-op/RDA account for reimbursement.
How do I make hotel reservations?
If you wish to stay at the Gaylord hotel (the host location), you will be able to request a hotel room within the Mitsubishi block in the reservation system. Your room charge for two nights at the Gaylord will be included in your $1,450 registration fee. You will still be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidental expenses. If you request a hotel room at the Gaylord, and your travel/attendance plans change, please contact us at mitsubishievents@thirdaveevents.com to cancel.
What should I pack? The dress code is business casual.
Will I have Internet and email access? Yes, there will be WiFi access.
