If you wish to stay at the Gaylord hotel (the host location), you will be able to request a hotel room within the Mitsubishi block in the reservation system. Your room charge for two nights at the Gaylord will be included in your $1,450 registration fee. You will still be required to provide a credit card upon check-in for incidental expenses.
